Same thing happened to me yesterday and now I’m banned for the whole season 10.
yesterday we had a disconnet as a group, then we waited for 15 minutes and now everyone is banned. so same here.
Same, no help from support either. Hope they fix this mess fast, I literally canceled plans to play this afternoon and now I am banned…
Happened to me aswell. I was playing normally, then got off for like 2 hours, got back on and had a season ban. I was so confused and mad.
The same thing happened to me this morning, when I logged in I was immensely surprised to have been banned from season 10 for nothing. I don’t understand how this is possible.
US forums are also full of the same issue.
I immediately made a support ticket after noticing this morning, only to be handed the standard nonsense copy paste response from Customer Support about Leaver Queues. Why does Blizzard even bother to keep their customer service centres ( outsourced or not) up and running at this point if it’s all a formality and all they do is give template responses and have no real authority/capability to solve real customer issues? Ofcourse I know the answer, which is money and resources. Providing actual customer service costs alot of money, which they’d rather not spend. Any other company would apologize for the inconvenience and compensate the paying customers ( Which I’ve been for nearly 20 years) but not Blizzard.
Same, tried to queue last night a couple of times and got “Failed to connect to server” and a 15 minute ban, 2 hours later I could queue fine and played 3-4 games. Now I wake up this morning and load up OW and I’ve caught a season long ban lmaooooo small indie company btw, what a joke. I don’t leave games, have VC and text chat disabled since I started playing on release and I don’t throw/troll games, comply with their TOS and catch a ban for it.
i got my acc perm banned from ow2 even when i didnt do anything lol
Great news that it has been noticed and hopefully myself ans everyone else affected can get back to the grind ASAP
I was also punished unfairly. I hope it will be resolved as soon as possible

Had the exact same issue as everyone above, one network connection issue in my game chat yesterday while loading INTO a game(didnt even get into lobby), then suspended for 15 minutes and this morning I am banned from Season 10.
Increcibly disappointing as i’ve just bought the battle pass as well and have never gotten any warnings or suspensions before. Don’t even have connection issues as i’m lucky with good internet.
They need to resolve this soon and inform everyone that were wrongfully banned.
Same here, got a strange failing server yesterday followed by a 15 minute suspension and got banned today. Please undo this.
Same thing happened to me. Banned from the season after a 15 min comp ban because the servers went down. I even continued to play after the ban but today I wake up to a full season perma ban.
Happend to our friend group also.

I got it but my other half who played with same time did not. So only a select group must have gotten sadly. Lets hope its sorted asap
