Yeah, looks like they have all clues needed to solve this issue.
- Most of us played at 23.4.2024.
- We all suffered one server issue not connecting game which led to 15 minutes suspension.
- We all (at least most of us) did not leave any single game.
- And finally, we all loged other day (24.4.2024) just to find out we are banned for whole season.
Bonus) Those of us which raised a ticket obtained nice generic reply where they basically told us: “We will not do a thing. Just deal with it.”

Yep thats bacially it. If they have all those clues we should all be unbanned by now, i am keeping an open mind as there is thousands of players incorrectly banned but i hope this gets sorted asap. This is so unfortunate and shouldnt of hapoened

in all of OW history i think iv’e been dropped from 1 game due to a power cut and left 1 game due to an emergency.
couldn’t connect to a server on wednesday at game pop and got a 15 minute ban. then login to a season ban yesterday.
Just so happens i bought the battle pass that now sitting wasted aswell

Not that I’ve seen. Then again, anyone who has been unbanned might not be bothered to let us know.

Still not able to play comp. Now I’m kind of hoping the issue is somewhat deeprooted and keeps occuring on a larger scale, a sudden steep drop in active players on competitive and longer queue times might actually be cause for a quicker hotfix.
I am not even frusterated about the bug/issue arising in itself. Tough luck, something made it to live/production that wasn’t properly caught during testing.
But the level of customer support and communication is absolutely abyssmal.
I’ve literally had a so called “Game Master Ecetenunoh” respond to my ticket with the following rubbish:
Your Overwatch account is currently under a temporary suspension due to a breach of our policies. We have already sent an email with more details but can inform you that the suspension will last until 2024-04-25 09:36:13
. You will be able to play again after this time.
We now consider this matter closed and would not look to enter into further discussion on the subject.
Then my ticket got forcefully closed by this person. Competitive Season ban is still in place, the entire tickets context and discussion was completely ignored. I even linked him/her the multiple forum posts and even the BLUE posts made on the topic. Are you telling me these people are actually getting paid money to be this inadequate?

I’m starting to think this might have been them getting hacked or something based on how long it is taking for them to fix it. It seems like it was malicious otherwise it would have been an easy thing to undo.

still banned aswell its not bc of vc or chat because i didnt swear or anything
This has been an issue for me for over 24 hours. Very disappointed at how this has been handled and losing faith that it will get resolved.

Almost an entire day since the statement “we are now working to remove the Season Ban from impacted accounts”, however it seems like nothing has actually been done yet.
What’s going on Blizzard? It’s coming up to almost 48 hours (or possibly more) that some of us have been banned from competitive due to this issue.

Yeah, I think its fair to say that the level of customer service here has been astoundingly poor. Barely an update today, and we’re told to watch the US forums? They say they’ve resolved the bug itself and are now looking at undoing bans - what’s taking so long?

Day 2 of loosing time to get my top 500 back. If it is not fixed tomorrow I will be really really upset, thank you blizzard for not even trying to fix your game
btw maybe just fix the disconnects and server issues while your at it, already waited long enough.
