Hi so its been over 12 hours since we had any sort of update, if there any news on when this will be fixed please ?
Been banned for 3 days now coming up to 4 with no solution with 100s of players in the same position. Little to no response of how or when it will be fixed shows the lack of care! Not good at all
Still no word? My hope is running thin tbh, but I guess we’ll just have to see. I don’t know if this has happened before, and if it has I don’t know if it was this long. Guess we’ll just have to be hopeful it’s not that much longer.

Day 3 no unban(comp) Penalty. Come on undo it before weekend.

Would be nice to treat all us effected to a few competitive points for this mess as like a sorry for banning you from playing the game you spend money on for no reason. Or maybe just a time frame untill it’s fixed update?
its been over 2 days now, how long does unbanning affected players take if you already fixed the bug? do we have to submit a ticket to get someone to look at our account? this is insane
Theyre expecting us to just give up and or forget about the situation. No urgency at all to fix this
I honestly didn’t expect anything else because this is Blizzard, but it is starting to get extremely ridiculous. I‘ve been banned for 3 days now and there is no communication regarding this issue whatsoever. I see NO ONE talking about it on Instagram/X, and only a few Reddit post where people don’t even believe OP that the ban was unjustified, which is making me even more frustrated

Still ban of competitive season 10 for one pc crash. I play since 8 years. No communication at all. Very upset. Dev diff

UPDATE: you are still banned, everybody is still banned, Blizzard knows and does everything it can next to nothing. Enjoy something else while you are banned even if this is frustrating beyond belief.

Bugs happen with IT related stuff.
Can it be fixed faster? probably yes.
But the point that support gives you a default answer and not use their brain anoyed me the most of this.
It shouldnt be hard to point out the main topic for them that it’s being investigate it and then close the ticket (with somewhere mention if it still didnt get solved after issue have been fixed to re-open it).
For all we know they could have hundreds of thousands of affected players. It takes a moment to undo all of that.

yea but the issue most of us have is that we received a full season ban right after a 15min ban, which still isn’t justified even if you leave a game on purpose (which presumably none of us did).
yes I agree but this over on the American forums which is where people had the same problem. so it seems this is what the dev team is going by failing to see the massive mistake during the live patch, and instead saying its because of our instable network??
Definitely think we need another update on this, it’s been over a day since the last update and we’re still in the dark.
Understand that it might not be possible to give a timescale, but I’m concerned that if this isn’t fixed today it’ll be next week before it gets fixed as staff won’t be working the weekend.
Alternatively might be nice to hear a bit more about how this bug has been caused, and why undoing the ban seems to be taking as long as it’s taking.
More than anything, atm I just fear we’ve been abandoned by Blizz and will have to sit out the ban for the rest of the season. At the very least, confirmation that that isn’t the case would be nice for now
