so today I got new headset (hyperx cloud II) and my voice chat stopped working. I can see ppl’s icons when they are speaking but I cant hear them neither can I speak. I alrdy checked other topics and did things like enabling default devices, checking private settings etc. nothing worked so far.

Most voice chat issues can be resolved with these steps, so give it a go and try it out and let us know if it worked.
Should you still have issues after performing those steps, just reply back to this post and provide us with your system files added with Pastebin. 
Hi, i have the same problem just that i havent changed my headset, i just formated my computer and then when i tried ow i just cant hear anyone or speak with anyone in voice chat. I´ve tried the steps shown but nothing, what should i do?

If have already done all the steps I previously mentioned in this post, then I would ask that you reply back to this thread and post your system files using Pastebin.
With that we can investigate more efficiently what may be causing you those issues.
Hey everyone, I just solved it. I disabled every device (in sound settings) but my headset and its workin again. Thanks for help
