Blocked xp level in co-op - solved

Hello,

There is a problem exists on the EU servers. I already send the problem with my ticket but nobody replied. Also, some other users opened forum post at this address Blocked XP level in co-op

“I am having a problem while playing co-op on SC2. One of my commanders Karax is staying at Level 12 and do not increase. Today I played 3 games on co-op mode with Karax and my level always starting from 1 and I can’t increase the current level. Please help.”
