EMP doesn’t drain any energy to the hybrid dominator after last update. Shouldn’t stun heroic units anymore but not this. For the rest it works perfectly - sucks up all of the energy plus dmg (depends on the amount of energy).
Don’t know about shield dmg as I wasn’t paying attention although I read on reddit some issues about that too.
