Hello, I cannot play W3R. I bought Warcraft 3 Reforged Spoils of War Edition on November 29, 2022. I have received the Spoils of War goodies. The payment went through, it is confirmed in my account and payments history. However, on the Games tab in battle.net there is only a button to “Buy now”. I installed W3R via the exe. file I downloaded from battle.net website. However, when I start the game, it shows “There Was An Error In Handling The Request”.
Now, I understand that this error should happen if I tried to launch the game without owning a copy of W3R. But I do! I suspect this is a bug that might have happened because I already bought and refunded W3R at launch when it was unplayabe.
Anyway, I need technical support on this issue.
Update. I tried clearing Bnet cash, reinstalling bnet, changing password, downloading game from website, yadda yadda, didn’t help. Made a couple tickets and the problem was fixed. Cheers to the support!
