Empty options menu[Solved by formatting win10]

The problem I have is that when I start the game and enter the Options Menu, all items are blank. After this I can not exit the game other than with ALT+F4.

After searching the internet for a fix, I have done the followng:

  • scan and fix tool
  • reinstall game
  • reinstall client
  • uninstall antivirus
  • disabled Controlled Folder Access ( https: // imgur. com/ cDkPCSw )
  • reinstalled to a different folder
  • deleted all W3 files from (user)/Documents

The issue persists for some reason. Please let me know what else should be done to get W3 Reforged to work again.

There’s another thing you haven’t yet tried! It’s on our Support Article here: Warcraft III: Reforged - Blank Menus - Blizzard Support

The first one there to check is to make sure OneDrive isn’t backing up the WC3 folder (Step 2). And the other step to follow is 4, to set up a new Administrator account and reinstall the game.
