Error Code: BLZBNTAGT0000084B

An update for Reforged appeared on my Battle.net and when I try to install I get the above error.
My account is administrator.
I have so far tried:

  1. Right-click context run as administrator
  2. Creating a new user account with admin privilege and running from this new account
  3. Disabling all anti-virus
  4. System overrides on exploit protection for battle.net and battle.net launcher
  5. Uninstalling and reinstalling Battle.net
  6. Uninstalling Warcraft Reforged

When trying to install Reforged again either the installer hangs or gives the same error code: BLZBNTAGT0000084B

I can still apply updates and play Diablo and Starcraft II without any error.
