Hi Guys,
Since the last update when i try to play direct strike in Custom Games I’ve had the following ‘‘ERROR: The application encountered an unexpted error’’. The game closes and i have to restart the game. This didn’t happen before the update and have had it now almost every consecutive game whether it be during the loading screen or immediately when the game starts or during the match. Its strange. Anybody else experiencing this?

I have the same issue , unexpected error. Pops up right when i am about to enter the game. Have had the problem since the update, a friend also got the same problem.
I dont have windows 7 i have 10 or 11, i dont have a mac.
Would appreciate some tips how to solve this.

Same problem, no particular trigger that causes the crash. Normally at a random point during any custom game.

So, I’ve found that Blizzards support is absolutely useless and they just go around in a never ending loop of the same 3 pre-made support mails which don’t even pertain to this particular error. Only way this will get fixed is if they just release the debug symbols because their online support are just keyboard monkeys with no actual development or fault finding experience.
