im again have 100 instead 300 fps after 2.0 , blizz u fixed this problem a month ago, how did it come back

Also having same issue. Classic W3 give me 240 fps with max zoom out, Reforged W3 gives me between 30-60 max fps plus it micro stutters.

Gigabyte 3080Ti
CPU and CPU seems capped and not fully utilized.

Just started the campaign after being done with wcI and II, in reforged mode I got around 20-30fps. Thats with a 9800x3d and a 3070, I dont know how incompetent you have to be as a developer to get this outcome, but at blizzard everything is possible, thats what dei gets you I guess.
But at least for me I found a solution, if you are only interested in the campaign - get the PTR. I can now play with 140fps. Might not be the solution for multiplayer, but for the campaign it shouldnt matter which version you play.
Maybe this also means there is a patch coming soon, but who knows.
