Game is frequently freezing!

I bough a used Windows PC couple weeks ago since the game doesn’t work on mac any more.

At the beginning, the specs were:
i5 9600k
8GB DDR4
no GPU, I used the integrated Intel graphics
250GB SSD

The games freezed every 1 - 2 minutes for 5 - 10 seconds and sometimes I desync when freeze happens. I though it’s probably because the game demands more RAM for graphics than the 8GB can deliver, so I upgraded to 32GB and it still happened!

Then I’ve read somewhere that the same happens so someone who also has Intel UHD 630 integrated graphics and I bought a GTX 1650 Super 4GB.

… and guess what… IT STILL HAPPENS!!

Who also had this problem and knows how to fix it?

I had a similar problem and nothing worked for me except installing the game on an SSD (previously it was installed on a hard disk). Reforged is terrible

It was all fine for me, and then after another update recently I got the same problem.
It’s trash.
