How long has it not worked now?
How can I file the refund claim? That’s an unacceptable unprofessionalism.

Refund for what brother play another game it will get fixed we have to wait patiently if we keep spamming them it’s going to delay the process
Also not working for me on my mac. How long do you think it will take to fix this issue? o.0
When they can man people have to realise the more we spam them the longer it’s going to take we have to wait patiently spamming it not working obviously
Darling… In a company like Blizzard, there are lot of departments, like “engineering” and “support”, finance. These teams are separated. I mean, the support’s role is to report details about this issue, give help for customers, and the development team’s role to fix the issues, develop the game. You can believe me, the developers are not constantly reading these treads to reply (btw there is no reply from the support either).
The more you spam, the more chance to get the management notified about the size of the issue.
Let me mansplain this: the people are angry (as I am too) because someone bought the game in the recent days (as I am too) and couldn’t even start the game. We have two weapons in this situation: refund, spamming.
Refund will be shown at least in the monthly finance report.
I read a lot about “wc3 reforged” and I gave it a try (I was a wc3 & TFT player in the past). I thought after 4 years of development, they have rid of these kind of bugs. I read blogs and I watched some videos. But I made a mistake, I didn’t read the official blizzard forum. I bought the game and I can’t start it because of a software issue. The banner that displays the issue is showed after the bank transaction, I was thrilled.
So please SPAM them every day and REFUND this game, I am so sad because of blizzard, this game was an awesome stuff 20 years ago…

Yeah I did the same thing I’ve read up about this game but brought it last week and couldn’t play it due to this issue their was no warning when i purchased this game I only found out because I looked it up I use to play Warcraft 3 years ago as well but I’m not loosing any sleep over it all I’m saying is you have other games play them and wait patiently and obviously spamming isn’t working brother it’s been almost 11 days and all everyone as done is spam spam spam still nothing so us refunding the game won’t do much either they have Microsoft and the game on pc People on Mac refunding the game is not even going to put a dent in their company trust me they have a lot more money coming in from other games
Still not working on my M2 Mac. At this point it seems like they don’t care about Mac users.

Deleted all Blizzard games. Not only outage of 14 days is unacceptable, but Reforged actually made the game worse. Menus are much less user-friendly, many bugs, no MapEditor available on Mac. I used WIII mainly for offline games versus computer and the original game was way better for this. During the weekend will research how to claim the refund.
Agree. We need major patches for macos support. Also we need possibility to use game with hostbots (for game delay reducer - blizzard employes - just google w3dr)
