Games still occasionally unaccounted for, ladder not giving mmr properly

Hi again experiencing ladder games which stuck on ‘‘waiting for match results’’.

Also I think that mmr algorythm is wrong. For a loss against a player with 54% winrate (I have 48%) and higher rank I lost 50 mmr and he gained 30.
