I bought this game yesterday, i was super excited to play after watching the 30 year anniversary event - little did i know that as a mac user, this game is obviously not supported. I feel lied to, cheated and i want my money back. The audacity to sell a game KNOWING that it would not run on mac. I am shocked. How do i request a refund? Absolutely ridiculous.

Problem here is they didn’t KNOW it wouldn’t run on Mac. They thought they fixed (and did fix) the issue where the game was unlaunchable but it didn’t exist.
Additionally, they are already working on the problem where Mac users can’t log in, they recently posted that it should be resolved soon.
But feel free to get a refund if you don’t want to wait. To do that, you’ll have to go to the support site. you can’t do that here.

The bug from 40 days ago (literally the executable missing) was fixed with the release of 2.0. The problem now is an entirely different one- an error on logging in to the game. They are already working on it, but please just go get your refund if you can’t wait another minute.

The bug they fixed - does not matter, no result here, game is not playable. Stop posting that nonsense. Mac users are lowest priority of Blizzard and maybe from business perspective it is normal. But Mac users are mad too, from human perspective it is normal too. Your defense of blizzards lack of qa will bring nothing, products that low quality should not be released

You say it doesnt matter I say it does. Better to have one bug to fix than two. They are keeping us updated on the fix unlike before. And I’m sure that once that happens you’ll be playing instead of ranting and raving.

Bro, blizzard must fix the game. Not the line of code. Players doesn’t care about how many bugs blizzard fixed during last 40 days. How many patches they released. How many messages community wrote here on forum.
Players cares if they can play the game during that 40 days.
Your take “but they fixed the bug” means nothing to players who not able to play.
Im not sure even after fixing that stuff- my favourite custom games will work due to reports of pc players. Blizzard just made big problems to big amount of players.
