In Act 1 of Forsaken Kingdom, there’s a quest that requires you to gather ghouls. One of them hides in a sewer pipe, and you’re required to pick up a nearby item and place it on the marked ground.
The progress doesn’t trigger, and the minimap is showing 2 quest markers, one over the other, making quest completion impossible.
