Hello, I have been playing for a long time and somehow my game statistics aren’t showing up. Could you please advise on how to retrieve them or have them updated correctly?

you can’t do that.
It is common bug that Reforged has since release. EU Gate shows Lifetime statistic of US Gate for some users who had switched to PTR or US server and back. Let’s hope together it will be fixed with upcoming patches.
