UPDATE US! we get this isn’t top priority but it’s been down for 5 days with no update. this is so unprofessional and disappointing from Blizzard.

What did you expect from them? Blizzard has been a complete joke and overall horrible towards its players for years now, and it will only get worse.
Europe user here. Same issue, closed my ticket yesterday with the following text: We are aware of the significant issue affecting Warcraft III on Apple devices. Our team is actively working to resolve this, though we do not have an estimated timeframe for a fix at this moment. We recommend periodically attempting to launch the game to check for improvements.
(A new ITIL service management best practise to close none-fixed tickets) - I have of course pinpointed the issue.

Blizzard is a disgrace. I mean, they don’t even understand how to solve the problem. Just go back to how it was, that’s the only solution

Still not working
I really don’t want to refund the game what is taking yous so long to fix this issue it can’t be that hard every one has uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and nothing happens it’s still the same thing from what I was told it’s missing one of the main game files I don’t know much about game coding but I’ve looked on my end and it’s missing one of the files no other game company treats their paying customers like this I bet if this happened to WOW or any other game yous would be all over it do your jobs properly and actually care it’s not hard to just let us know what is going on or to fix the issue or even pull back the patch yous are going to have to refund a lot of people over this issue you can’t treat people like this it’s wrong and it’s really disrespectful to well paying customers I brought the game last night if I knew this I would have never brought the game

I get the same answer every time I write and have now written a ticket 6 days in a row and the same answer comes,
they don’t even include a status, so I’m sure it’s a robot you sit and write with.
