Blizzard pls upload a hotfix patch with the fix FPS!!! In ptr 1.36.1.20652 i have 300+ fps.
In Live 1.36.1.20704 i have 100 fps and staters to 30 fps. Please fix it.
It seems that someone has found a solution and asked the official personnel to update the documents
