The stats and MMR gain/loss in ranked 4v4 seem to be broken. I won my last 3 games and they show as two losses with 0 MMR loss and one win with 0 MMR gain.
Often after a game it says it failed to retrieve data.
And then there is the issue with leavers. When one player in 4v4 leaves/drops immediately after load and everyone leaves. Why do I lose 129 MMR for that, which takes me like three wins to get back?
Is this going to get fixed?
Yes, same here, I wrote to techical support: "In Reforged, Eu region, My “NightElf Matchmaking Wins” counter is not updating. I won 2 games, one short and one more than 30 min, still I have 1370 wins. Also in statistics I see 349 wins and 1088 looses since Season 2, and this information is not real because like in the last two cases my wins were counted as loss. "

Although I cannot open new Bug report now on US forums, and here on EU forums there are no such section.
Anyway on the Bug report US forum, all the time there are 2-3 people who defend the game and make fun of every issue, Game master or community manager never reply to any of them that those for MMR and statistics are acknowledged, or contact you to start an investigation.
Other players are so Loud and Pushy with demands like eg. “nerf DH hero, or HeadHunter” that Tech Support or Q.A, (anyway Blizzard) are just listening to them, make those changes and between the lines they forgot the real issue of Statistics problem.
Someone from Blizzard could Really investigate, check our problems, because I can proove with video that Wins are counted as Loss !
I do not think the best way to handle those problems is through forum !
By the way: why we have 2 different forums for the first two region? Why not also Asia forum? I think just to Pass responsabilities… Normal games have only 1 forum for all regions !!!
No other game proceeds like this, when eg. I wrote to another game’s tech support that the game is not running, saves are lost, they made real investigations contacted me, I send them video proof !
Not just: ah go to forum talk there with others maybe some of them make fun of you!
