To be honest the campaign is a masterpiece (not the reforged one) and i’ve replayed it like 8 times over the years. There are worse punishments

"Technical Specialist Rinadar here and I understand the Rexxar campaign in Warcraft III is not able to be played. My apologies for the automated reply as I see it is not directly related to what’s going on here.
I looked into this and do see a bug is being worked on by the developers. It is not clear what exactly is causing it but can see the developers are discussing how to address this frustrating crash in the campaign. I am not seeing any ETA on when a fix will be pushed and some further patience will be needed. As much as I wish I could help with this, the only workaround we’ve seen is to skip that part of the campaign using cheat codes. That’s far from ideal but I want to be thorough with as much information as I have relating to this.
I appreciate your time to bring this to our attention and patience while it’s sorted out. Take care out there friend."
It is appreciated to know they’re trying to resolve the issue, just a shame its taking so long. <3

The problem is still there, it seems its been on for a while, for what I can see some months… please fix it.
Same here, when returing to the main map after crossing the shimmering zone, game just does not work.

I had to delete my save and start again from the beginning of chapter 1 of the bonus campaign to get it to work.
HOWEVER… spoilers below for those who have never done rexxar campaign before
Summary
I’ve gotten into chapter 3, i’ve destroyed the admiral’s blockade and now we’re going to storm Theramore… then the campaign says mission complete, just stops and there’s no follow up mission. Any ideas Blizzard?

I saw that this bug was mentioned in the 1.35 patch notes, but I wasn’t able to load any of my Rexxar Campaign saved games. was anyone able to load their saved games alright or is the intent that we start over?
Not sure if it’s intended, but I did, and it works up until the final quest, which doesn’t seem to have been implemented yet.

quando chego ao capitulo 3, no fim de destruir o bloqueio não há mais nada. além que os bugs ainda não tiveram solução. jogo bloqueia muito.
