Hello, I haven’t been able to progress the Rexxar campaign since I am in Thunder Ridge.
Every time I try to leave the area, when I load into the base map, I get out of the loading screen but nothing happens after wards.
No heroes load in, I have to basically ALT+F4 to get out of the game, can’t even access the menu.
Please fix this, I want to play the Rexxar campaign again.

Sane here, not just thunder ridge but any area that requires a loading screen in the orc bonus campaign allows me to enter the new area but when leaving to return to previous area it gets stuck!
I have the same problem, can’t exit the first quest in the mine. Every time it just loads the exit with no characters, and I can’t do anything but window and close game. I paid full price for this game and would really appreciate Blizzard fixing it. I have always supported Blizzard because you get what you pay for, but it this case I stand corrected. I hope this isn’t your long-term plans for game development because you’ll lose your core fans and target market, regardless of the mainstream. Blizzard is appreciated by Pro gamer’s , Bloggers and well respected game reviewers, so that’s something to bare in mind…
Exact same issue here, in Reforged Mode, try to exit Thunder Ridge and there’s just a map with no HUD, no heroes or anything. The only keybind that seems to work is Alt+f4 which brings up the “Are you sure you want to Quit?” option.
The Rexxar Campaign is without a doubt the finest piece of Single Player action in W3 and is a huge reason for me buying it in the first place.
Blizzard, please find a fix for this, this was reported two months ago.
edit: Decided to try and do it in Classic mode, to rule out whether it was just an issue with Reforged graphics… It wasn’t. Exact same issue with Classic graphics.

Same, doesnt matter if its TR or thr goblin tunnels. Sad to see a game I could play without issues years ago, now broken and Blizzard not doing a damn thing in months. They just put out a patch and move on to another game instead of waiting how it goes.

Yep, same. Changing from a sub zone to the main map glitches the entire UI. Found no fix, replicated 100% of the time (restarted and changed settings 6 times, to no avail). Gamebreaking glitch.
There’s definitely been some movement with it. My game launcher now says 1.34 and when i try to leave thunder ridge my game crashes and it says that it has failed to load the selected save game. Its clearly not fixed yet, but the fact that it has changed means something is in motion. 
Unfortunately it may have been movement in the wrong direction since I can’t even load any of my saved games in the campaign now.
I don’t think I’m going to start over for a 3rd time (actually more since I started with the disc version before finding out I needed to use battle net to get the patch downloads). It’s already been a waste of ~20h and I’m not even sure that this will be the last time I have to restart. I’ll visit this form when I see a new patch and see if it actually works before I start playing again (if it gets fixed relatively soon, otherwise I will probably just forget about it).
