SOLVED
ERROR: ntdll.dll crash with exception code c0000409
SOLUTION:
Turn off Exploit Protection in Windows
If you don’t want to disable it totally, you can try do custom rules for single .exe file (but in my case only total disabling worked):
1-In windows search bar type Exploit Protection, open it
2-Program settings
3-Add program to customise
4-Select your Warcraft III Launcher.exe in your installation folder.
5-Edit and select override system settings for Control flow guard and turn it off.
6-Reboot your PC
