still can’t launch the game… reinstalled SEVERAL times, diffrent locations etc, firewall, antivirus etc, everything possible and still nothing, and no help from blizzard at all, what can i do

Works fine for me, here is what i did:
Step 1 Uninstall the game and Battlenet desktop app. Then restart pc. Then time to hunt for leftover files and folders, in program folder, user folder etc., go through and check all folders and delete anything related to wc3 and battlenet.
Step 2 Download latest drivers from nvidia
Step 3 Update Bios and go into BIOS settings and turn off the unnecessary features, i forgot the names, just google “best settings BIOS for gaming”. I think one of the settings is called fast boot. Google with phone while in bios for every setting, I disabled like 10 unecessary stuff and enabled some stuff that was disabled, completely different pc now.
Step 4 Uninstall other programs which might be causing the issue.
Step 5 Pc might be overheating, increase fan speed and mount fans properly in the case.
Step 6 Uninstall and unplug unnecessary devices like usb, external hard drives etc.
Step 7 Windows update and microsoft store, update everything
Step 8 Increase virtual memory
Step 9 Optimize settings in windows like turn off tracking and other stuff in their app called “settings”
