Hello Blizzard Team,
I wanted to refund Warcraft 3: Reforged, because it often crashes, freezes and stutters. My systtem is up to date (windows and drivers) and other games work fine.
Unfortunately your website doesnt let me refund.
When trying the normal ‘Payments > Request a refund’ way, I get this error:
“Oops! It looks like something went wrong.
We could not complete your request. Please try again or submit a support ticket if the problem persists.”

When trying to send a ticket via ‘Payments > Not listed here’, I get this error (already tried multiple times on multiple browsers and multiple devices):
“You can’t submit this ticket.
An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later.”
Please give me my money back, because I am not able to play the game I paid for.
