Unable to start game

Hey guys,

since the last “hotfix” update, I am unable to start the game as it prompts me to update to the newest version. The bnet launcher tells me that I already have that version.

Swapping to PTR and then back didn’t solve the issue. Tried reinstalling.

Issue persists.

It does sound odd can you try these steps first:

  1. Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

  2. Press windows key + R > Type %appdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net folder

  3. Press windows key + R > Type %localappdata% > Click OK > Delete the battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders
