I also get the error " There was an error in handling the request 6:9" on MAC now. Super annoying. Can’t play since early october.
Same issue for me. I really had my hopes up that I could play the game on my Mac once again but
also same for me - first there was just an error where the game wasn’t even launching and now it launches- but doesn’t go anywhere further because of 6.9 error. the funny fact is that I couldn’t play a single minute warcraft 3 reforged on Mac since I bought it. crazy
I asked for a refund, and they basically politely said that i could go to hell. The product is broken for more than a month but they won’t budge on the 14 day policy. What a scam. There is no way use the product you paid for, and for a complete month but they don’t care. Not even talking about the fact that the menu is laggy as hell, no cloud save etc etc etc
Same… they will not refund even though they’re knowingly selling a broken product. It’s disgusting.
I wonder if that’s a lawyer-worthy case. Just out of curiosity.
Are we gonna be able to play today? We should open up a bet website to see if somebody can forecast the day we finally can play again
Same issue here, and there have been so many over the years for Mac users. It is truly scam like at this point
i totally think it is - i’m no lawyer but in a lot of countries consumer laws might say something about that - they just hope that we will collectively too lazy and divided to be of any impact, and won’t even give us the respect of giving anything else than copy pasted answers. The first one they gave was full of heart and emojis “sent from lala kingdom” or whatever fictional place from the lore. It might be fun this of community manager answer when you’re asking about something less annoying. to me that is unprofessional as possible. No matter the price of the game, some of us (not me in that case) might do a big effort to afford a game for themselves, for some it’s about getting by… this is really a bad look to me. More than an entire month, hundreds of complaints, not even a newsletter of excuse, discount. Just imagine any other services, like a netflix subscription not working for an entire MONTH. An army of angry customer would be banging on their doors…
Exactly - it’s nothing short of stealing for people just buying the product right now.

Hi, can now play on single player but nowhere to login @Yryadorne so no multiplayer yet. It just asks me to login in w3c launcher which, there is no option to do
Ok after launch go to options, log out and then login again. Then works.
“should fix”? It’s not fixed. Is Blizzard unable to certify an actual fix to this 20+ year old game that so many paying customers are wanting to play?
