Warcraft 3 Reforged not added

Hello,
I know, you are currently focused on Diablo IV, which is running great btw. (have the Ultimate Edition), but if I’m buying Warcraft 3 Reforged and the shop is saying, that I own the game and WoW got mount from the game. WHY is it not showing in my Warcraft 3 game? App is telling me, that I have update available (no, I don’t) and the game is telling me, I have only Classic version. I have waited almost 7 hours and nothing.
Please solve it, thank you.

also cannot load / play the game after buying yesterday :frowning:

I have also just purchased the game and its saying its in my Library but no option to download. Please can this be sorted.

If you’ve checked that the purchase went through successfully in your Transaction History, and you’re not seeing the option to Install the game, this should help:

  • Log out of the Battle.net App in the menu on the top-left
  • When given the option to log in, click the Cogwheel above where you enter your e-mail
  • Click ‘Continue without logging in’
  • You should be able to install Warcraft III at this point

Once it’s installed, you can log back into the App and it’ll update that you have the game ready to go.

I have the same problem, so far no matter what I read, it didn’t help

If you have classic licenses attached to your battle.net account and attempting to install without logging into battle.net does not help, try the following:

  1. Log out of the desktop app and ensure it is not running.

  2. Download the Warcraft III: Reforged (its the same client for classic) here.

  3. Run the installer. It should force update the battle.net desktop application to allow you to install the game.

Once installed you should be able to launch and login. Where if you have reforged you should be good to go and if you only have the Classic Reign of Chaos Key attached to the account, you will be prompted to continue with classic. (The Frozen Throne Keys are expansion keys and do not work as ownership, only the Reign of Chaos Key will work.)
