‘It’s really getting out of hand’ (literally)

This achievement needs a look at.

By the time I finished work and got back today, there was 15 minutes left to complete this world quest that hadn’t been up for weeks previously.

Naturally, the zone was then full of people trying to get this achievement, both with war mode on and war mode off.

Please, increase the availability of this world quest.
