The one thing the Collector’s Bounty Event has highlighted is the lack of skips in some instances. Blizzard went through a phase of hating on skips and didn’t put them in certain raids.
It’s awful having to run a full clear when you just want some items/mounts from later bosses.
Do you think they should add moar raid skips to legacy content?

Maybe make it a grindable/epic questline and let them have their cake.
Hellfire Citadel is great, you can skip and go upstairs, or skip to Mannoroth. Great choices.
Then you do Eternal Palace and it’s a case of oh well full run. Or some raids they’ve added skips to purely a last boss but no way back.
I wouldn’t object to the usual quests for unlocking skips.
yeah that does not help with mythic GMOD
One thing I never bothered with and regret is the quest to get 4 items from 4 runs to then instigate a short cut - as long as I assume correctly. This bounty event has prompted me to pick these quests and actually finish them this time so they will hopefully be useful if this comes back again so I can save some time 
I was pleased the skips were account wide, I tend to do them on my main and it’s tedious to have to repeat them.
Sepulcher of the First Ones raid skip is terrible, still have to do pretty much half the raid to get to the last boss.

Main thought-how far we skippin’, bois? Throw out suggestions if they still seem long, and if I leave out any pre-SoO, it’s because I think they don’t have enough encounters to warrant a skip. Let’s jump in, shall we?

I’m of the opposite opinion. We shouldn’t get skips. We should just have a semi-deterministic system so that we are not required to run a legacy raid infinite times to “finish” it.
If you have done the raid once and seen all the RP, then you should have a skip option for the RP. I’m fine with doing the raid 4 times before I can get to the final boss.
Some of them have ridiculous amounts of RP
Along with raid skips they need to add option to get rid of all jewelery and legion artifacts stuff etc .
I believe there are people that for some reason will cry if they totaly remove it , so make it n option
I would love tmog farm mode where I don’t have to get all that stuff.
There is also a certain dose of irony in the fact that some items that we want for transmog have much higher drop chance than the 1% mounts, and yet they still haven’t dropped despite each boss dropping 4 to 6 items…
