When we play, it matters; we make it matter! We all understand the game is what we make of it and our aim is always to progress as a team. The most important aspect of the way we play is that weβre bothered who we actually play with.
Weβre always recruiting and are therefore always willing to set aside the current state of a playerβs character (item level/level/renown/achievements/raiderio/warcraftlogs) as it often leads to meeting a great person who is keen to be involved and enjoy the game with others!
Getting Involved!
Whether youβre new to WoW, returning for Shadowlands or a very experienced player youβll be very welcome in the WINNING ALLIANCE. Via Discord and the Ingame Calendar youβll be invited to MPLUS dungeon events immediately. Weβre also raiding Castle Nathria on Normal Mode to recruit players and youβre welcome to join in to see what itβs like to raid with us!
If raiding is not for you or you already raid with another team, then thatβs fine! You can join and focus purely on MPLUS Dungeon Events thatβs what most people do! If at any point youβd like to see what itβs like to raid with us youβre welcome to get involved without any commitment!
Raiding and Dungeon Events
Ideally youβd be keybinding every spell, utilizing addons to give you the information you need in a fight and keeping up with (English) conversations during each battle.
If youβre new to MPLUS do not be intimidated, we have a wide variety of players with different ability levels and our events take that into account by creating multiple groups. Events are typically marked as βcarefreeβ or βprogressiveβ then you know what youβre signing up for and everyone is on the same page before the event even begins. Whether youβre keen to play in βprogressiveβ or βcarefreeβ manner youβll have people to play with!
Even if you under perform and let the team down, it will never cause a problem because people will show understanding here and everyone is ranked via their Raider io score in the community and on Discord.
Focus on your role, do it well; thatβs all. In the WINNING ALLIANCE we wonβt push you to improve or monitor how active you are, you play at the level youβre happy to and every event has the expectations clear as day written either in the description or on our Discord.
Current Recruitment Status
Organized MPLUS events take place on: Thursdays and Sundays at 21:00 Server Time (20:00 UK time) Spontaneous MPLUS occurs on a daily basis, simply enter Discord!
We will never force you to play a spec you do not enjoy and as long as you can produce the right level of DPS or Healing for any event you attend, you can secure a permanent place in a team, even if in this particular content patch an alternative specialization is favored.
For MPLUS hereβs the classes we have a shortage of:
- Tank (Any Class)
- Healer (Shaman/Priest/Druid/Monk)
- Caster (Elemental/Boomkin/Warlock)
- Melee (Any Class)
Regardless of your class please do not hesitate to get in contact with me whether youβre interested purely in MPLUS, Raiding or both. Youβre welcome to join our Discord and Ingame Community+Guild even just to try it out or as an addition to the Guild youβre involved with already. We are keen to have multiple MPLUS and Raiding teams so if youβre interested in running your own team within the WINNING ALLIANCE perhaps at different hours, get in contact.
