Never smoked, donāt drink, no drugs unless you count caffeine.
Could have eaten better but fixed that now. Could have exercised more but I think Iāve always had underlying health issues that made it horrible. I do what I can now with walks and stretching.
Stress definitely the problem!
quitting smoking is best one can do, i miss the habbit but i dont miss the feel of constant tireness or getting out of breath. as trucker i was chain smoking and coffee on left and and a cig on right hand through day, its common in every work to also have break to go for smoke so its definitely not easy to quit or be nonsmoker in most careers but world seem to be changing rapidly and maybe today it even is easyer to be nonsmoker than smoker
This thread has developed into a medical journalā¦ as someone who studies a medical field its quite an interesting read.
I would suggest finding something to do with your hands to alleviate the smoking thing but i might get banned lol
basically its just general discussion chat so topic is whatever of ones choosing or what you comment to someone else

I get that too!! people donāt get thatās why I avoid dungeons brain fog makes me press all the wrong buttons!!
Have a look at Vuse, was Ā£4.99 for the e-pen and the pods vary depending on offers. Cheaper to buy direct from their website too.

Not much to say atm.
I study to become a vet (pet doctor) and I just signed up to work in the holidays in our clinic voluntarily for freeā¦ like I did last year.
Still love human medicine (basics are same) so its interesting to read about the medical journey of you guys
some animals are better than most humans, i would rather gone vet aswell
Fixed it for ya
lost in translation
And you have my respect for that Sir/Madam - the vet business is very cut throat though
on side note one guy i knew who studied to become doc later wanted switch to radiology cause according him had to deal less with people lol, one would imagine that maybe the occupation was not right choise to begin with but it seems money is important factor aswell with the choises of occupations and the like! it is what it is
Possibly mortician - at least the patients wont argue back!!!
ive tought about that actually, work would also be endless and economic depression dont affect it or the like, people will always continue to die
I also prefer feline company over many humans
you should meet aellas from here, he is the biggest cat person ive met!
Yeah, its pretty hard, but its one of the few fields that is interesting to me while I also can help
