I’m sorry, these words, I don’t understand them. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If you think that’s bad, I just polished off a Rustlers burger and a Monster energy for lunch.

Rich people in Bristol don’t eat… :champagne: :snowman_with_snow: :champagne: :eyes: :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

Dog ate some of my dinner and the King has cancer.

What a day. :disappointed:

I think that’s likely, it sounds like they’ve caught it early.

I can’t say I’ve ever been his biggest fan but I get what you mean.

He was the brains behind a social housing estate in my hometown - an ex gf still lives there. Old Charlie boy is a decent guy by all accounts, hope they caught it in time

When I’m at work… Ohhh no windows has an update, il have to sit and have a coffee and a biscuit for half an hr.

Typically we get one dog better and another gets ill. :disappointed:
Pretty sure she has cancer. She is 10 though, so… just want to make her comfortable as possible. Last night this lump she has burst so off to vet she goes and I just don’t have a good feeling.

King Charles was very well regarded during his time in the Navy, good sense of humour by all accounts.
Not like his brother - apparently on joining one ship he said to the Skipper “you can call me Andrew”, skipper replied “you can call me sir”

Thanks, not the first one we’ve lost. I too lost my best friend when she was 7 to it, and the most horrible part is she was still herself and I genuinely thought she was coming home. I’ve been prepared for Kiva to leave us all her life but it will still be a gut punch. She had a tumour removed from her tail last summer and we knew it was probably only a matter of time. I’ll give an update when she’s been to the vet.

This is the worst part of having furbabies. You can’t talk to them, ask them, explain to them, give them an option… and it always feels like murder to me even if it’s the right thing. Maybe I am getting ahead of myself though.

There was only one we lost naturally to a heart attack at home (after a series and she had an enlarged heart). I think she did tell us but we didn’t read the signs properly. It was nice that she got to go with us though and our other dog knew she was gone.

Kiva has been booked in for surgery to remove it and biopsy it, tomorrow morning. If all goes well she will just eventually let us know it’s time but I’ll be worrying they’ll find it spread all over her system during the surgery or something horrid. Stress, stress, stress!

If my dad was still alive, he could tell you what most of the Navy thought of Andrew during the Falklands conflict (my dad wasn’t on the Ark Royal, he was on the RMAS Typhoon) - suffice to say, it was pretty negative

I sincerely hope it all goes well for your doggo, have lost 3 over the years - one had a stroke, one had a heart attack and the other was cancer. I said i would never get another, but Storm came up for adoption and following lengthy discussions, she’s here with us
