My second favorite is when they advice to exercise when ur seeing doctor for chronic pain and trying to get treatment plan for your illness. How about just give me a diagnose and put me on the meds that are invented and I know are there, Im not heading for a jog when my every joint and ligament is burning 24/7 :joy:

Yeah it do seem they suggest you everything possible before even the meds that cost are an option. I do pay taxes on other hand so Im not there for the exercise or stress relief advices that I can google myself aswell, Im there for the diagnose and meds that actually help instead of advices for streching and yoga. :joy:

We should definitely give a try for underwater yoga in floating tank zen meditation with heated crystals thrown into the water! :joy:

I wonder if there would be business to be made by inviting people to come hug trees in nearby areas with a local guide that serve coffee and sell pebbles gathered from the beach. I mean if somebody wanna pay for it I wouldnt mind show them around. I see people paying 80$ / few hours for things like this in here finland. :smiley:

I see internet full of these ā€œlocal guidesā€ advertisements with these prices for nearby parks and forests, Im thinking they gotta sell to some or there wouldnt actively be so many of them. Someone need to start larp resto shaman or resto druid irl! Healing with the nature and the like :dracthyr_crylaugh:

Next autumn I wanna drive lapland to walk around this one river that go russian border and come back on the other side, wont need much navigation even if go see the view from nearby tundras when its just follow the river and then do same on other side of it when heading back, and Ill do it with my own terms and be my own boss :joy:

Found a pre-made beef stronganoff that has noooooooo gluten at M&S. Shove in the oven for 20 mins and bam tasty. Oh I do love finding these things :heart_eyes: I must explore their range more. Much as I like making stuff from scratch I donā€™t always have the energy. Yay for ovens I say!
