Its hard to get anymore cos the achievement need rating in 5v5 and that was removed after cata. Its still the coolest titles and I dont have it but Tesla has it Im jealous :smiley:

Find a tesla without è or é is rare. I had one in sporeggar but when migrated to draenir was forced to change.

I want to go do pull ups and dips but I did on wednsday and Im still sore as hell, I just dont recover anymore it seems. Every ligament and fiber is stuck or hurt for weeks after if do anything for exercise its weird. Idk what causes it but Im guessing some inflammationary condition dont let body recover normally from strain. Tomorrow I go even if arms would fall off and back snap in two, Ive had enough of this waiting. Bored out of mind also waiting 6 weeks for season to begin in wow aswell. Too much just waiting for something :dracthyr_shrug:

Probably sleep related, i seen you posting here at silly o clock a few times.

Try get a regular sleep pattern same time everyday at least 7 hours.

Also eat more protein helps with muscle recovery.

I personally sleep at 8pm and wake up at 6am everyday even my days off.

I try sleep but I might wake after 3-4h randomly. Could be rheuma that aches or something but I wake and cant continue sleep. Ive noticed to get more pain when slept less however so sleep increases inflammation its true but also when I did get good sleep in few weeks time period were still not able train like used to, few push ups and pull ups and it tires you and become sore and stiff for days. The training like used to part is now just gone, I actually liked training but I know many dont care of it. Its hard adjust for sure to not do something that been doing for past 20 years and then suddenly its put to stop :dracthyr_shrug:

It’s not necessarily gone.

It could be not discounting that.

However usually there is a fixable solution to this kind of thing.

The way i get past my trapped nerve currently is i just keep training regardless.

Its helped a million miles with my arm mobility, if i stopped training just because it hurt i would eventually of ended up in a posotion where i couldnt train because of lack of mobility cause by toouch rest and pain.

Its about finding what works best for you.

I see some friend and relatives got help from biological meds that sorta block the immune systems response by lowering it so autoimmune disease doesnt hurt them as much or go on remission for the duration they take it, but its such long road to get into those from medical care, theyre 1600 euro / month for goverment to pay so they dont just want to let you have it even if tried from private. Im not even given the usual old medication for it currently cause the system is so bad. Im just on anti-inflammatory stuff and said to flex and exercise which I cant properly, I get it but its still tilting. They want to save on every expense they can as long as can, the treatments for conditions are afterthought really and its business model for all health care. Anyway Im gonna walk today and tomorrow I force myself do pull ups and dips somewhere in park. Theres not much else to do while we wait this season to begin, annoying cant train more so time went faster.
