I tried Rooibos tea some time ago as I was told itās good for the arthritis, canāt say I enjoyed it - I quite like an Earl Grey though.
I remember once in the Royal Navy we ran out of tea - unthinkable crime on a pussers war canoe The chief caterer ordered a supply when we got into Florida. Orange pecoe tea I believe it was - the galley team made it up and put milk in it, which made it pretty much undrinkable

I quite like rooibos especially vanilla rooibos. The vanilla flavour seems to go well with the basic tea flavour.
Coffee > tea!!

I buy some green teas to drink occasionally at night, this one had fun text, it were otherwise aswell in good taste, all puns intended

Sigh ā¦ I donāt think Iāll ever understand discord. I seem to have lost one of the groups /servers/whatever that I belonged to. Itās vanished completely but I canāt remember what it was called so canāt look for it. I think they ought to give lessons on how to use new-fangled things like that for us poor old people

They are all back safe and home and made it back in time before Milton crashed through mid-Florida. Thankfully (but not for Tampa and Orlando areas) it went straight through the middle. Hurricanes in Florida either go straight up the Atlantic coastline, or go into the Gulf, pick up strength in the Gulf and either travel along the Gulf Stream current back down and around the peninsula ride along or get dragged into the mainland and travels across mid-Florida and into the Atlantic heading east or they stay in the Guld a few days, gaining strength again, and head north into Georgia and Carolinas as Helene did. In rare cases, they continue west, and devastate Louisiana and Texas coastlines before getting dragged into the very hot air of Texas and Arizona which very quickly destroys them.
You may have noticed a bit of wind the last few days, that was the remnants of Helene travelling along the Gulf current that keeps the North Sea around Britain from freezing.
next week we should get stronger wind from the end of Milton.
So next time you complain about the wet weather, balance it with the sub-zero arctic blasts that hit Scandinavia because the Gulf Stream current and the warm air fronts that current generates are what keeps Britain from freezing over from October to March.
And no. For the love of God.

Some Americans are so gullible and Iām glad your familyās safe. This one went very close to the lovely gulf village we stayed at years ago when my daughters were very young. Weirdly, I always check up when hurricanes are heading that way.
Donāt worry - your decision, of course. I was just very confused (which is my usual state of being.) It was nice to have a couple of places where I could be me and I could get to know people a bit better but it was fun while it lasted
