šŸ’¤ Where do you Log Out?

Where do you log out?

Do you make sure your character is in a city or town? Do you always go to the nearest Inn. Or do you simply log out anywhere in the world you happen to be.

Lion’s Pride Inn usually. It’s always marked as my home and when logging off it’s always there (unless I got DC’ed from game )

When and if I will be able to have my home (meaning ā€˜player housing’) somewhere in Grizzly Hills, then I will switch locations

ā€œSmallā€ EDIT: When I played Pandaren Monk I always got back to Legion Class Order Hall, the mighty Shen Zin Su, walked my way to the training grounds (the place where you start as a newly created Pandaren) and then just went bah-bye from game :joy:

Depends on the day.
Close to reset day: I’ll log out in front of the vault.
On most days: Usually in the main hub at that time.
While leveling: Usually the closest hub to where I was questing.

Depends on where i currently am.

If there’s a bed nearby ill /sleep on it & log off.
If there’s no bed ill try to get into a spot with a great view so that ill have a pleasant time when i log back in.

Always a rested area for me. Most commonly somewhere in Dornogal.

All characters are spending time in dornogal either when in game or log out from the game :cat:

I log out somewhere in whatever capital is relevant for the current expansion at any given time, Usually near a bank, because the last thing i do before logging off after every play session is clean up my bags.

I’m a Nightelf. Nature is my inn.

I press exit game and don’t wait for the 20 seconds.

I log out in cities usually. It happens sometimes that I’ll log out in the middle of nowhere thinking I’ll continue in not too long and then that doesn’t happen. It’ll irk me a bit knowing my character is stranded and probably thinking: Well… thank you!… not even an outhouse nearby and I guess I better unpack the tent pffff.

Most usually in a town to ensure I get rested bonus.
It is so habitual that even on xp-locked (or max) characters I do that. Except when I realize it’s pointless.

In GW2 I simply log out in safe places, but it’s funny when I miss the place being part of a dynamic event, so in WoW terms I log off in Goldshire only to get swarmed by a horde invasion right away. Like in Classic, there is the level 24 sentinal camp, or the human camps in Hillsbrad (plague fields since Cata).

Always in an inn … just a habit from the ā€˜old days’ and usually in the capital of the current expansion (at the moment it’s Dornogal).

2 most common places I logout are either outside the bank in Dornogal, or at my Garrison. Yep, I’m a very boring person.
