INTRODUCTION
For a few years now, has this concept been on my mind. Which was to create a community from both the Horde and the Alliance. Meaning that this community would have a cross-faction guild. The main goal was to have this new roleplay~ playable faction in the game.
What started as an idea, a social experiment between the horde and the alliance now has been set into motion. Currently looking for neutral characters to build a new community.

The League of Unity is a visionary organization on Azeroth that strives to promote harmony and cooperation among different races. It brings together humans, orcs, dwarfs, and trolls to work together towards common goals, such as cultivating the land, providing food for the community, and protecting their home. The organization aims to create a united and inclusive society, where all races are respected and valued.
To ensure the growth and prosperity of the League, it operates on the foundation of several pillars, each representing a fundamental aspect of the organization’s mission. Each pillar is led by a Keeper, who acts as the steward and representative of that particular aspect, and is supported by attendants and followers who actively contribute to its realization.
These pillars and their respective Keepers form the backbone of the League of Unity, embodying the values and aspirations of a harmonious and cooperative Azeroth. Together, they strive to build a society where different races can work hand in hand, celebrate their diversity, and reclaim their homeland as a united folk.

Ranks & hierarchy
The chairman of the League serves as the head or leader of the group, responsible for overseeing its operations and ensuring its objectives are met. In this case, the chairman is aided by a council of keepers, who provide guidance and advice on matters related to the organization’s mission and values. As well as overseeing their pillars. The keepers may have specific expertise or knowledge relevant to the organization’s work, and the chairman may consult with them to make informed decisions and steer the group towards success. Together, the chairman and council of keepers work towards promoting unity among the members of the organization and achieving their common goals.
The Council of Keepers exist out of;
- Keeper of Order. ~ “General”
The keeper of order plays an important role in maintaining safety and order in a given setting, and may be required to take on a variety of responsibilities to fulfil this role. Such as; Enforcing rules and regulations, Providing security, Assisting the public, Resolving conflicts and Maintaining order - Keeper of Knowledge. ~ “High Curator”
The keeper of knowledge plays a critical role in advancing the field of magic and helping the organization to develop new technologies and applications that benefit society. Their other duties include; Setting research goals and objectives, overseeing a team of professionals who conduct research and develop new technologies related to magic and its practical applications. - Keeper of Commerce . ~ “Master of Coin”
The keeper of Commerce is responsible for managing the financial and operational aspects of an organization’s trading, manufacturing, and sales activities. They must have a strong understanding of financial markets, supply chain management, and marketing strategies to be successful in this position. - Keeper of Rituals. ~ “Spirit-Guide”
The Keeper of Rituals plays a critical role in providing support, guidance, and healing to individuals seeking connection with a higher power. They would promote spiritual education and collaborate with other departments to ensure that the organization’s activities align with its overall mission and goals. - Advisor. ~ “Councillor”
Listening to the public, advising the council and aiding the Chairman to make the right decisions. The Councillors are the shackle between the League and the Ruling council
Attendant;
As an attendant of the League of Unity your main responsibility is to assist the organization’s leaders in carrying out their duties and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
Champions;
They hold an honorary title that signifies their exceptional dedication, service, and skill within the organization. They have shown to be a leader among the members, and they have made significant contributions to the organization’s mission and goals.
- Member have an important role to play in advancing the organization’s mission. Their participation, collaboration, and support will be critical in helping the League to achieve its goals of promoting unity and cooperation among the races of Azeroth.
- Trainees are new members who are just starting to learn about the organization and its mission to unite the races of Azeroth. Their role as a Trainee is to become familiar with the organization and to begin to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to become an active and effective member.
- Recruits are a newly enlisted member who has just joined the organization. As a new recruit, their primary responsibility is to learn about the League’s mission and values, and to familiarize themselves with the organization’s structure and operations.
Promotions & Commendations
The League uses a promotion system where members need to earn commendations to be promoted to a higher rank. This is a system that recognizes and rewards individuals for their exceptional performance, contribution, and commitment to the organization.
In this system, commendations are given to individuals who demonstrate specific qualities or achievements related to their role or position within the organization. The current commendations are:
Token of knowledge : This commendation is typically given to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional knowledge, skills, or expertise in a particular area. It could be related to the job function or a specific project or task. For example, an rogue who consistently demonstrates excellent problem-solving skills may be awarded a Token of knowledge.
Writ of participation : This commendation is given to individuals who have demonstrated a high level of participation, involvement, and dedication to the organization. This could include participation in team meetings, volunteering for extra responsibilities, or taking on leadership roles within the organization.
Medal of courage : This commendation is given to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional courage in the face of adversity or challenging situations. This could include situations where the individual went above and beyond their duty to help others or risked their safety to accomplish a task or goal.
To be promoted to a higher rank, individuals must earn a specific number of commendations. The number of commendations required may vary depending on the level of the rank being pursued, the complexity of the job, or the size of the organization.
In this promotion system, individuals are encouraged to perform at their best and go above and beyond their job requirements. The recognition and rewards associated with commendations not only motivate individuals but also create a culture of excellence within the organization. Additionally, the promotion system provides a clear pathway for career advancement, which helps retain talented individuals and promotes growth and success within the organization.
Pillars
The League of Unity is built upon several pillars which are to aid the Chairman and their council to maintain a healthy community. Each pillar is represented by a Keeper, who is assisted by their attendant(s). There are 4 pillars. Of course everyone is welcomed to assist, join and aid any other pillar when and if they choose.

Ultimately, the goal of the pillar of order is to ensure that people and property are protected, and that community is able to thrive in an environment that is safe, secure, and stable. - Pillar of Knowledge
The goal of a pillar of knowledge, research, and magic is to advance the frontiers of knowledge and to harness the power of magic in ways that benefit individuals and society as a whole. By combining research and experimentation with a deep understanding of the arcane, this division can unlock new possibilities and push the boundaries of what is possible. - Pillar of Commerce
The goal of pillar of commerce is to create a thriving economy that supports local businesses, while also preserving and promoting the skills and traditions that are essential to the cultural identity of a region or society. By fostering innovation and promoting traditional craftsmanship, this division can help to build a vibrant and sustainable economy that benefits everyone. - Pillar of Spirit
Ultimately, the goal of a pillar of spirit is to provide support and guidance to individuals as they navigate the challenges and complexities of life. By offering compassionate care and spiritual guidance, this division can help people to find meaning, purpose, and healing in their lives, and to develop deeper connections with themselves, others, and the divine.
Recruitment
It does not matter if you’re an orc warlock, a kaldorei demonhunter or a sin’dorei paladin. The League of Unity is open for all, as long as you’re able to fulfil the duties set out for you by your pillar.

Events
It has been going on for many years, neutral public events. When ever you enter the area where one occurs you see a great variaty of characters. The League intents on creating various parties, festivals and gatherings to give neutral events a new meaning. Keep an eye out on the forums, Argent Archives and our discord server.
