šŸ˜ž Something WoW Related That Made You Frown Today (Part 2)

I won this recently by default, not that I have a huge mount collection, but due to sharding I think, where there were only 5 people doing this event. I donā€™t know whether to smile about this or frown, itā€™s not a win that I justly deserved

I do wish they had left the cooking format alone. I used to make all the food for my characters but it is so over complicated.

Iā€™ve seen someone doing this event alone. It was late in the night.
Guess who won that time :joy:

Cheers.

You still were better than 4 other people. Iā€™d call it a deserved win!

The paladin tank in the Priory follower dungeon making a bunch of questionable decisions, such as: pulling single packs back for miles but still somehow not outranging caster mobs, and tanking mob paladins in the mob consecration.

After finishing leveling up my 26 Horde characters, Iā€™ve decided to go and pick my low level Alliance characters.

I was hoping that being with such a low level character I would get an easy dungeon in classic TW, like Deadmines. Nope.
Iā€™ve immediately got DM with the Satyr boss that turns into a wolf, followed by that Undead dungeon where the last boss is a horseman

Cheers.

I was unsure if I should level up a Draenei Paladin:

Or a Human Paladin:

Both characters had similar levels this morning (level 16 irc). However while I logged off after playing a couple of dungeons with my Draenei Paladin, I couldnā€™t stop playing my Human Paladin until she had 13 levels difference with my Draenei Paladin. I guess in the end Iā€™m just as fond of Humans in the Alliance as Iā€™m fond of Blood Elves on the Horde

Edit: I simply canā€™t get pass those Draenei legs. I guess Iā€™m going back to my initial plan of creating a Draenei Priest. At least thereā€™s plenty of skirts on the cloth department

Cheers.

I was leveling this alt character Iā€™m currently posting in Classic TW.
Itā€™s a character I have a special attachment, since it was my first Alliance character, Iā€™ve created back in Vanilla. The GM of this guild selected my character as GM after he left the game.

I was doing a clasdic TW Stratholme dungeon run. I had a Dwarf DK level 80 doing mass pulls. Too much for this low level character toolkit. Her heals were great but once the Tank had so many mobs around him, it was impossible to keep him topped up. His HP would fall faster than I could keep up and we would wipe. Not to mention the amount of silence and damage this character was subjected to. But the best part was saved for Baron Rivendare. I had several situations in which the Tank get in with other player(s) and me and/or other player(s) stay behind since the door closes after the boss is attacked. The Tank gets in, I was outside, with the NE DH Hunter, NE Hunter. I was hoping at least 1 dps was with the Tank. Nope.
The other dps was outside as well :joy:
After the Tank died, the doors opened and he proceeds to attack us. Luckily we managed to kill him and finish the dungeon. Needless to say the tank immediately quit. He didnā€™t even waited to ve ressurrected and collect the loot.

Cheers.

Still no Arfus.

Have a bad feeling Iā€™m not getting him this year either.

Just found out you can get a Harvester Golem set almost for free from Hollows End and I feel kind of scammed ngl. Why did I spend 800 tender on the trading post version? F

What makes me frown is if I whisper that common slang used as shortage for ā€œnot going to lieā€ to someone in game, the automated report suggesting system will advice them to report it. Had to find it out from a friend laughing at it. And it also does the same when people whisper me their btags and I think the #1234 is what triggers the message. Not only frown but this makes me facepalm to the system :man_facepalming:

I already knew Blizzard was trying to ā€œstealā€ our tender in sneaky ways. I only buy ensambles if they are unique. This really pisses me off

Every day, my two Headless Horseman characters valiantly attack and kill him. Almost every day they both get a sinister squashling drop for them which I now destroy as there are dozens in the AH and I already had a bank tab full of them.
But where is Arfus? Has the squashling ā€¦ squashed him? I know he wants to come and live with me but something evil is preventing him

The Dawnbreaker follower dungeon. It boggles the mind how this made it through QA testing.

My first attempt at the dungeon saw the Dawnbreaker fail to take off, so any attempts to reach the other attacking airships failed as I was out of range of the light. Not that it mattered anyways as after being killed by the darkness the first time I respawned to find that the enemy airship had partly clipped into the rock columns like something out of the Philadelphia Experiment and refused to move. I had just enough time to land on the deck before being killed by the darkness and so ended the attempt.

My second attempt saw AI of the paladin tank repeatedly break down. Rather than fly to the areas of light near the minibosses, it mindlessly charged at random packs of mobs while the rest of the party stacked on me. I finally made it to the last boss but the tank was just running through the streets pulling random packs without the rest of the party. Toggling assist mode multiple times eventually made the tank teleport back on to the Dawnbreaker so I was finally able to browbeat my way to the end.

The amount of lag spikes and stuttering both in Hallowfalls and Azā€™kahet today :frowning: So many people were talking about it in General Chat too, so I wasnā€™t alone with the problem!!

Makes me frown too, had micro stutter and game ran poor in general since the pre patch of DF. Its the dragonflying that cause stutter and some reworks they did I guess idk. All I know the game ran better before df prepatch and since then its fps drops and stutters first in valdraken in DF and now in dornogal in tww and in general we suffer these micro stutters in the game on some content with handful of people flinging spells. People with top end and mid tier pcs have stutter and fps drops in some barren area like tanaris but theres players in the screen in the 20th anniversary area, +10 players shouldnt cause fps drops tho, its just terrible. Something they did for DF is still affecting us.

This morning, with anticipation, I open the vault from the delves and obtain a trinket, then proceeded to do a delve and obtain a delverā€™s map to only obtain another trinket :expressionless:
