Judging by Blizzard’s current policy of “trickle-down economics” when it comes to loot in general, never mind tier sets you may wait a long time. And by trickle-down economics, I mean it in the same context as financial trickle down, where you have a very select few standing over everyone else with a net between them urinating into it. except it’s Blizzard devs throwing tier set modules into the net laughing as the net bulges each week, and promising to very gently cut a very small hole into the net and let a module fall out. But first you have to hand over some currency for the privilege.
