Happened me too, and wasnt saved. Loot system sucks.
Imagine m+. You prob need to do 5 runs to get 1 item.
I wasn’t saved. I know it’s RNG but it is really frustrating.

now go run all 8 avalible dungeons, get no loot, then I may consider your fustration.

The gear is much harder to come by in this expansion.
They did state that this would occur, in return you get more and better gear in your weekly chest, and if I remember correctly you can choose your best stats

Gear chance drops was cuted and twice in dung and raids and capped in M+ its one on grp and 3 per boss in raid. Welcome to Shadowlands.
As far as i know, they didnt touch “normal” mythic mode and normal-heroic dungeons. Yet sometimes i see someone get 2 loot while someone get 0. Both normal-heroic and “normal” mythic mode.
Dont know why so hard to make to change it that u atleast get 1 loot for each run, in these contents.

Its part of the “new philosophy” of making gear scarce. So don’t expect stuff to drop like rain anymore…
That’s how it should’ve been, aye.
But at the same time you can just buy wow tokens and get BOEs on the auction house? It doesn’t make a lot of sense.

Yes, pay money = buy gear, thats actually better than u can get right now.
Which can make them even more expensive.
Less loot =/= no loot. So of course if a guy gets a good BoE he can make a choice of selling it for a juicy profit, fully knowing that there arent many of them. Or equip it yourself.
RNG still plays a factor. Some get lucky, some not so much. Simply the “jackpot” chance has been tuned so its not 1 in every 100, but 1 in every 10 000 gets the jackpot now.
Also there will be much viable M+ armor stack gear up boosting and raids boosting. Plus BoE from raids. Korean p2win model. Don’t want to grind to get gear? Here u go you can skip it by $.

it happens, there’s nothing strange about it, I did 3 dungeons without loot the other day.
We got literally showered in loot in BfA, just get used to recive less loot.
