7 days- character stuck on free character transfer. Only main 60. cannot login character - made ticket 0 communication from blizzard , Paying for game you cannot play is wild. Nobody responding on tickets , on forum. Imagine being stuck just before p5 coming. How there can be ticket about game breaking mechanic which cannot let you play and nobody is caring ? from game masters, support - nobody caring about classic players - you got problem? Damn you are just unlucky , playing not good version of WoW with 0 support and 0 game masters.
Gj support - paying every month to not even getting response from support to help with problem !

Blizzard has been bad CS for a while now
Was not thinking they will let somebody to cannot play his character for 7 days without single advice or normal not AI response. Yes, you are right, im stupid. Now feeling closer just to stop playing.
The thing is
You know that they are given each other awards inside Blizz HQ for staff customer service excellence awards
Might have to answer the phone once a year and you get a plaque on the wall saying your the best customer support worker they have ever had
The plaque would include the words
“above and beyond the call of duty”
