/1 and /2 chat Issue

I’m unable to link items in game, like gear for crafting in /1 and /2. Is there any way to fix this?

It’s usually a chat setting.

If you right click on the Chat Tab name you should be able to bring up a menu

The toggle between being able to link and not is usually dependent on the window being interactive. Mine is interactive so I only have the option to turn it off via ‘make noninteractive’.

I did try this but it didn’t help. It may be something blizzard need to fix.

When I attempt to link an item into /1 or /2, it doesn’t send the message at all. If I send a message into /1 or /2 without linking an item, it sends just fine.
