Exactly - with my keys as they are (read – relatively low), I am already in the 95th percentile of all resto shamans.
People have been leaving M+ groups (have you?) when they saw a resto shaman as the healer. The healing feels weak and the data is there to show it. So I’m playing my alt while waiting for a buff for resto shamans.
Well, for some people a spec being good or bad is the difference between +15-20, for others it’s +10-15.

My only healers are this monk (main), my disc priest and my rshaman.
To tell you I’m LIVID this expansion is to understate 
I’m also stuck with +10 and under (done a few 11 by some miracle).

That’s hard when players are being hardwired deep in their central cortex to be competitive meta slaves pushing keys to get ahead of their “competition”
Garbage game design, pls blizzard hire some real game designers and make your game good for 90% of the players that aren’t competitive toxic meta slaves.
