10-15 second random freezes

My game freezes for 10-15 seconds in the following times:

  1. Entering an instance, 10 seconds after entering
  2. Changing zones, a few seconds after entering a zone
  3. logging on, a few seconds after logging on
  4. randomly at other times

When it unfreezes it acts as if I just logged on again - guild message, etc.

Add-ons up to date
Repaired the game

The same happens to me! I took the same measures nothing changed.
