Hi everyone I have some questions. Hope that someone answers them and save me because they are really serious questions.
Where can I find good guides for 10+ Dungeons? ( Videos preferred I hate long texts )
How can I improve my dps score as an Retribution Paladin?
Is 458 item level enough for doing 10+ ?
How can I improve my gameplay with any affix ?
Do lower keys, look in the keystone list thingy and see which dungeons you havent done in time/done overall, try and beat your old record and just keep going 
Starting at 4-8’s would be nice ( personal recommendation )
Yes, it drops 455 gear so i doubt you need to be higher than the requirement, although people will want overgeared bois
Play during different weeks, learn different affix, take advice from the group ect
Yes. But it cannot be stressed enough that DPS is the easiest spot to fill, so leaders will rarely go for “enough” when they can get better. If you were a tank in the same situation, it would be a lot easier for you to get groups.
You can even do +15s with that, I think.
These are generic questions that you could have answered yourself.
Dratnos’ youtube channel has some nice guides for 19+. While tactics at 10+ may be different, 19+ advice can still be useful when doing 10+.
Do low keys 5 or something. Do all dungeons to get score up. The way raider io track scores is by highest run for each dungeon. Focus on the dungeons you have lowest score on, and work your way up.
Enough, but since you are competing with players with higher ilvl you won’t get invited much.
Watch/read guides for the dungeons and for your class, play often, and learn from your mistakes. When you wipe or die in combat, always know what went wrong and ask how to fix it if you don’t know. Your gameplay will improve with experience.
ilvl is not the factor that is important…
after all we did +10s and higher with 0 corruption and ilvl 440 at the beginning of the season while also didn’t know how to use the obelisks in the best ways.
important is that you know the dungeon and are able to use your keyboard well 
It is important when it comes to getting into pug groups, though.
for pugs yes, for your own pugs, no.
I just ran several 10s, 11s and 12s on my priest with 448 without issues. Just create your own group. But you need to know what you can handle… this week was quite easy for doing this without getting flamed to death
What if I end up stuck with a key for a dungeon I seriously dislike and don’t want to even bother doing? 
You just need to endure the pain and misery
