I’ve been searching for an easy way to track my reputations I have on exalted account-wide and I couldn’t find a way to do so.
Does anybody have an addon/website/anything to recommend?

Pretty Reps addon does what you’re asking for, I’m unsure if it’s been updated for prepatch or not. It adds a new tab to rep that tracks your highest rep account wide and which character has earned it. Just need to log into each character once to update it.
