Voice coms have been around for many years and it is how organized players sync joining a random BG with each other. What happens next is if the window pops at the same time for most of them, they go in.
Today you could join Discord groups for BG Achievements with a 100% win rate.
Blizz has known about this for sometime now, but since most casual players don’t read forums let alone know about this … They let pro players/hardcore players have fun and farm casuals in random BG while turning a blind eye!
I tell you more, mate. They even allow those damn voice comm groups to kill mythic raid bosses while poor casual souls have to endure neverending wipes in LFR. When will this end!! How dare they socialize in MMO game! shakes fist
This has nothing to do with PvE, voice coms are a welcome feature in PvE and does not bypass game design.
In PvP, however; it is clear that voice coms are used in a good way -communicating with friends- and a bad way -timing joining and going as to avoid the rules of the matching system, ending up with near full group of pre made.
Blizz needs to add more randomness to queues as to make it near impossible for those timing pressing the join button.
they do it in 5 man groups, making it easier, like they can do it whit about 5 groups consisting of 5 people, meening they can dominate 2-3 bgs at once, and it is far easier than having all queing up, specialy for AV type of bgs this is even easier to get all groups in due to less people queing for them.
Used to have addons for this purpose (queues) such as AV enabler. Supposedly Blizz changed that, I did say supposedly. Regardless though, voice comms are part of every game for both pve and pvp. It’s not a bad thing.
