andjasment to 15% trinket pvp and the craft item. cc reduction would be like 4 sec like others.
friendly reminder 45sec cd. can be ground tome and reflect warriors locks…

Ye, pretty brutal nerf. Should’ve been nerfed to 4 seconds, not 3… Storm bolt is just a better version now haha. 30 s cd, same stun time, deals damage and can’t be denied by grounding totem afaik.
It is the same with Frostwyrm’s Fury, which requires 2 of the most important talent points, stuns only for 3 s, has 1,5 min cd and hits for 10-15k damage in PvP. Just an overall worse version of any AoE stun in the game (Leg Sweep, Chaos Nova etc.). Would trade the insignificant pat damage any day for an additional second stun.
