Answer me this: Would you be fine if the world content was dropping mythic ilvl items that are working only for the world content? Just like the PvP items.

This is the only thing I’ll be reacting to, because our discussion isn’t going anywhere.

My answer: Yes, I would.

However; it’s already been discussed in another thread that having different sets for different activities leads to other problems. And I can see that point.

So I made a suggestion there. It applies here as well:

Yes it’s a fair point.
That’s why special sets might not be the way to go.
But earning AP and choosing world content specific procs, abilities and stats could be a thing.

Think; artifact weapons or the Heart of Azeroth, but specifically created and aimed towards world content. If it would be a neck slot for instance; you could easily swap it out if you’re doing other content; not much hassle there.
